FLAWLESS VICTORY
The start of FM23 wasn't fun for me, I lost alot of matches, especially to Man City and Spurs.
Until I had to try alot of tactics and formation, then this one worked.
With this tactics i won couple of matches, had little draws and lost less afterwards.
While with Arsenal, Brazil offered me an international job though they were ranked first Internationally. I won Copa America and resigned. I joined Ukraine with the hopes of qualifying for the World Cup.
Then resigned from Arsenal with this record, I won the EPL, UCL, Carabao Cup, FA Cup the following year using this tactics.
You need a strong attacker upfront, I used Toney or Gapko. If you can get Dias from Man City and R. James from Chelsea please do. Let James take corner kick on both sides, you'll be amazed at how Dias will score from corner.

Installation
Caution - this is my first database in a new game. SI have changed the format and modding is harder than before. So please backup your files! I take no responsibility for errors or issues. Only works on Android. Turn off "Auto Update" in the Play Store as an update will brick this mod.
Close FMM23. Download the two files attached - database.zip and changes.txt Go to android/ data/ com.sega.soccer.eleven/ files/ Application_Support/ Sports Interactive/ FM 2023 Mobile/ Caches and delete the two files in there. Copy changes.txt to android/data/com.sega.soccer.eleven/files/ Go to sigames/documents/sports interactive/FM2023 Mobile and create a new folder called "database" Extract the contents of database.zip to this new folder. Open FMM23. Go to Settings and User Interface and reload skin. Start a new game as Australia and any other leagues you want. Enjoy! Just to repeat that modding is harder again and the creation of a database does odd stuff to the sigames folder, with lots of new little folders appearing. S load at your own risk as I have no idea if there will be any knock on effects. I'll continue to test but it seems to work fine for now. If it all keeps working I'll make a Global Mega Hyper League after the first update.

How to Download?
Simply click the big green Download button above and carefully follow the instructions below to install the fix on your device.
Installation Instructions
iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad)
You need to download this file on your computer with iTunes/Apple Music installed on it.
Open iTunes/Apple Music/Finder, and go to Files on the section for your iOS device (you can connect through USB or WiFi, but keep in mind that USB will be quicker). Click on FM23 Mobile on the panel in the middle of the screen to open the file browser. If the file browser that appears is not empty, then you do not have a clean installation of the game and need to read the red box above.
Click and drag the changes.txt file you downloaded earlier into this file browser and wait until the "Date Modified" column changes to the current time.
Go back onto your iOS device, and open the game. It might take a minute for the cache to build.
Go into Settings, then to the User Interface section. You should scroll to the bottom of the settings list, and press the Reload Skin button.
Android Devices
If you downloaded on your computer, copy the files to your device by using an application like AirDroid or connect your device via USB, and copy the changes.txt file into the Sigames/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023 Mobile directory. You might need to create this directory.
At this stage, you should open the game, and go into Settings, then to the User Interface section. You should scroll to the bottom of the settings list, and press the Reload Skin button.

How to Download?

Simply click the big green Download button above and carefully follow the instructions below to install the logos on your device.
Installation Instructions
iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad)
You need to download these files on your computer with iTunes/Apple Music installed on it. Extract the files using your file manager, or a program like 7Zip.
Once your pack is extracted, rename it to Logos. Create a new folder called Pictures and move the Logos folder into it.
Open iTunes/Apple Music/Finder, and go to Files on the section for your iOS device (you can connect through USB or WiFi, but keep in mind that USB will be quicker). Click on FM23 Mobile on the panel in the middle of the screen to open the file browser. If the file browser that appears is not empty, then you do not have a clean installation of the game and need to read the red box above.
Click and drag the Pictures folder you created earlier into this file browser and wait a while until the files have completed copying - this will take a minute!
Go back onto your iOS device, and open the game. It might take a minute for the graphics cache to build.
Check if the graphics are visible for you. If they're not, then go into Settings, then to the User Interface section. You should scroll to the bottom of the settings list, and press the Reload Skin button.
Android Devices
If you downloaded on your computer, extract the files using your file manager, or a program like 7Zip. To copy the files to your device, use an application like AirDroid or connect your device via USB, and copy the folder structure into the Sigames/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023 Mobile/pictures/logos directory. You might need to create these directories. Once finished, you should see a folder with 2 folders inside, each containing image files and a config.xml file.
At this stage, you should open the game, and go into Settings, then to the User Interface section. You should scroll to the bottom of the settings list, and press the Reload Skin button.
If your logos are still not appearing correctly in the game, you should go to the Sigames/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023 Mobile/cache folder on your device and delete any files in there. You should then restart your device.
NOTE: If you downloaded on your Android device directly, then when you extract it on-device, make sure you select the correct folder mentioned above as the extraction location. IMPORTANT: There appears to be a small bug with FM 2023 Mobile that not all logos appear for all teams in some cases.
For iOS devices, we have found a solution which means you MUST have a clean installation of FM23 Mobile on your iOS device to install this pack successfully. This means you should not have ever opened the game on your device. If this is the case, copy your save files to the Cloud or your computer first, and then uninstall and reinstall the game before continuing with these instructions.
For Android devices, please follow the instructions in the green box above to delete the skin cache files, and then restart your device and check the game again. If you still have issues with the graphics, then uninstall and reinstall the game from the Play Store. This will resync your graphics within your Documents folder as soon as the game opens for the first time.
