Save dosyasını her zaman yedekle bence, birde benim son paylaştığım taktiğe bak o bence daha etkili bu taktikten senin taktiği de denicem ama bakıcam

I am with Union Berlin. Playing 4-2-3-1 or 4-2-2-2 offensive style at home and a bit moderate away. Everytime with 2 quick inverse strikers, an offensive playmaker and one TM-Striker in the middle. 2 central box midfielders (good ones are hard to find). First season 7th, second season 2nd, third season 3rd place in the Bundesliga. Champions league victory in 3rd season, German Cup in 2nd season.

Look for building the best training facilities as soon as possible and look for talented gold employees (or silver natural talents and send them to further education. if they fail, fire him and hire another one if possible and try again. Hunt young talents all over the world and give them some playing time and/or send them on loan (or else to reserve team) if possible.

for you wo need some review on this tactic
This tactic similar with my tactic and i've used it with MU & arsenal. u didn't need good defender and that strategy increase ur shoot attempt & shoot on target but lack of goal created with those shoot (look like 11 SoT and only make 1-3 goals).
My striker combo was rashford/martial (sometimes i started greenwood) & aubemeyang/lacazette but when let aubemeyang alone on front and change zette to ozil/ceballos on AM, aube really" show his ability on court, thats mean use only 1 forward if u want to use full ability on your forwards
