After you put the logos folder in the FM23 folder, click on it and then click on the folder that says pictures. Click extract and it will release the logos. If your normal phone gallery fills with logos from all of the clubs then you did it correctly. After this, go into the game and reload skin. Some of the logos are still missing and some names are wrong, but it's a lot better than before.

Is there a specific folder I have to extract the pictures into? Extracting them into Football Manager 2023 Mobile folder didn't work
