The principle is simple: if one player makes a mistake, three players correct it. If one steps forward, we all step forward. If one opens a corridor, two attack it. You bring the courage, and I’ll give you the structure.

This project works only if you believe in it completely. It works only if you understand that we don’t play for the individual, but for the team.
