That seems very interesting to get the “El Loco” feel from the game.. will give it a test.. 

In this image, we can see the aggressive pressing we develop when we don't have the ball. Each player presses an individual opponent, forcing the opposing team to make a quick play or make a poor decision, as in this case.

Zone 14, according to El Loco Bielsa, is the area right outside the penalty box. It’s the area where the greatest dangers for the opposing team are created. Hi, I’m currently following your El Loco Bielsa-style tactic.
What match prep, individual training and player attribute do you recommend to get the best out of it?

I'm doing something very simple: I train each player for the role they have to play on the field in tactics, including the reserves, especially those who don't have the green (primary) color, and then I put everyone on the second option TEAM PLAY training (in the long run, it improves the players' relationships on the field and helps them better interpret their role in tactics).

Forgive my ignorance, I didn't know this team existed. What category is it? The players are probably so poor that they can't adapt to a tactic that requires so much movement, pressing, and direct play.

Laliga2 spain.

Started with Charlotte in MLS, the Fiorentina in Italy, and now Liverpool has offered me a job with 5 matches to end their season. I took it up and applied your tactics. 

5 matches, 3 wins (slightly heavy wins), 2 draws (Leeds and City - both away games).

Would see how next season fairs. Looking good and intense. A lot of rotation would be needed for proper conditioning of the players. 

Tested with Leeds and its been pretty decent considering team is not built at all for this..

(1) forwards .. decent with DCL and Nmecha (he’s actually scoring a lot mostly off the bench)

(2) wingers … decent group but little depth (I am not bringing back any of the loan players like Ramazani).. getting some good contributions from them

(3) AM.. literally hardly have creative quality for the AM (Tanaka and Aaronsen off the bat can somewhat play there). .. retraining Stach and longstaff (both defensive though longstaff is a box to box)… also retraining Piroe for his left foot as the right sided AM and the right winger isn’t left footed so I want a little more movement from that side)

(4) DM is solid with ampadu.. play Gruev as backup and can move stach there too

(5) central D… no natural ball playing defenders.. can’t use struijk on the left because he is needed as IWB cover on the left.. I have bounced between just putting them as CD for now until they have trained up a little more (so training is set to BPD but instruction is CD)

(6) IWB.. decent but depth is weak

so with that said.. training all focused teamwork which is true Bielsa philosophy..

only thing I really messed with is adjusting from overload to attacking/counter as needed because the pace at the back is weak so despite the offside trap we were getting burnt.. lack of creativity up top also doesn’t help so moving a bit more neutral helps stabilise the team for results but also you do get that El Loco feel just not the all out .. perhaps a more practical style which sometimes El Loco needed in real life! lol

I will post pictures later when I play further into the season but I really like how it’s looking..

Thanks for the feedback. You've nailed a lot of things. I've made some changes that transform it from an initial 4-1-4-1 to a 3-3-3-1 during possession. I've lowered the overload to attack because the overload function disrupts the tactics too much. Shorter passes have been introduced instead of direct ones. Unfortunately, a flaw in the game is that it handles direct passes poorly, often resulting in meaningless forward passes. I've made other changes to make it work even with weaker teams.

Just skimmed over your changes they look promising.. have you thought to try fitting in a BBM instead of RP? Bielsa at Leeds liked having a BBM (whether Klich or Dallas etc) and then move the CM to the right of the centre (or just up one slot in line with the W to the right of the Striker) in an AP role so he can push up the field to connect with the striker? 
 

you are more in touch with how the mechanics are for the game so would like to see what you think?

I placed AP so that, starting from the center-left, he occupies possession of the ball in that position, plus the central area of the 14th position like a Trequartista. The box-to-box role activates straight runs into the play and would have been too far to the left in the attacking phase. I placed the CM in this position because, with the two full-backs, he forms a three-man chain in front of the three-man chain of the front line. Note that in the next update, I read in the Advanced Guide conversation, there should be an update on the Central Midfielder role. We'll see what it involves.
