2014 New tactic for Ajax

I need help with Ajax Amsterdam what formation should I play? We have been doing badly atm. Also may you help me with what tactic we should play?

What do you want to achieve mate, do you want a lone striker tactic or two striker tactic of 3 striker tactic? 

 

A 4-1-2-2-1 is mostly used for Ajax and there are some good ones around.
