International Goal Challenge

Career Thread

After a successful sign up stage the FMHVIbe community international goal challenge has started and in this thread you'll be able to see how we perform as a community. The aim of the challenge is to score 200/55 or as many goals as possible with a community selected striker to celebrate the Asian Cup which starts today.

The Striker We Selected

bsM2G1u.png

A great pick if i do say so myself and he was the striker i hoped we'd end up using, i've actually used him before back on the PSP days so i know he has some quality about him!

How Do I Get Involved?

If you want to get involved in the challenge please follow this link and read the opening post found within it. In this thread you'll find out how to be included in the playing order.

Save Passing Rules

1. Please remember not to upload the save to FMHVibe - Dropbox is recommended

2. The save must be passed via PM to the member who's turn it is next and myself (so i can keep a hard copy of the save in case anything goes wrong)

That's odd about the two missing goals.

Not bad for the first turn, its a shame that the games cheated you, but surely you want the in game statistics to match your targets right? Let's hope we get no funny business next round

Yes those goals should count, seriously more bugs?! Ffs! Can you edit your total to 6 please.

From now on include pictures of every goal he scored and we'll use that as our total so he has 6

Now that's out the way, impressive start mate! Starting with a tournament is always tough as it's the friendlies and qualifying where the goals come, but well done on getting to the final and it could have gone either way!

Can I just ask is there a specific cut off point where we hand it over as in a date like 1st June it gets handed over and if there's matches close then it gets handed over on the day of the squad conformation for those games?

Community International Goal Challenge Season 2

Fixtures and World Ranking at the Start

9ua1bAO.png

We had 4 matches scheduled (the match against Spain was due to be played next season), but luckily the world cup qualifiers were drawn in December, giving me an extra two matches.

Ibini's Starting Stats
sdAbNOX.png

Match One

bEWuiKX.png
A good start for Ibini, grabbing a brace

Match Two

93193bY.png

Another good friendly win for Australia plus one more for Ibini

Match Three
iw0IGUV.png
A third successive 2-0 win, and another brace for Ibini

Match Four

qecCqOi.png
A consolation goal from Ibini, in an otherwise meaningless friendly

Match Five

JsRYAop.png
Ibini grabs the winner in Australia's dominant performance

Match Six

l8CLFxD.png
Ibini bags a hat-trick in the final match of the season, although he could have scored 7, from his 16 shots.

World Ranking and Qualifiers Table

2cPWMGV.png
Up nine places in the world rankings, top of the group, and Ibini is Australia's strongest striker.

Ibini's Stats at the End of the Season
Hix3F0K.png

No change in any attributes, but the international games/goal glitch has remained (but not worsened), and Ibini's value has quadrupled.

Results
Season 1
Games: 8
Goals: 6
Season 2
Games: 6
Goals: 10

Total
Games: 14
Goals: 16

I'm happy with those results, good luck to all other players.

UKFootballScore's Community Challenge Leg!

Season 3

OK so Ibini started on 16 goals for Australia while playing 15 games! great total I'm sure you'll agree!

Lets go!

Tactic I used was a simple 4-1-2-2-1 with Wingers and Ibini as a Poacher/Advanced Forward.

We had games against Spain and England (again! it has now become the Football Ashes)

I took screenshots of every game we played and every goal Ibini scored so lets get into it!

Was going to do his starting stats but as Ameer posted finishing stats there's no point haha
