Spanish Super Cup

We crushed Real over two legs.

European Super Cup

Inter get revenge but how we didn't win I will never know?

Club World Championship

Yet more bad finishing nearly costs us as we sneak past Atletico Mineiro.

Spanish Cup

Again poor finishing let us down as Valencia dump us out in the Fourth Round.

European Champions Cup

Our poor cup form continues as we lose to Barca in the Semi Final.

Liga BBVA

We manage to retain our title with ease.

Seasonal Awards

Lewandowski's evogen claims this year's Spanish Player of the Year Award with Thalles second.

Another Liga BBVA Manager of the Year Award for me.

A hat-trick of trophies to finish off with.

With the front three almost out of steam we struggled this season.

Triple Threat Players

Léo Baptistão - After the heights of last season he really struggled this one but is knocking 35.

Geuvânio - More injuries and he never got going at all.

Thalles - Thalles kept going right to end for another 35+ season.

So the last season was a bit of a struggle, as expected with the guys knocking on a bit but we managed to complete the challenge. It was a really fun save and even managed to get two perfect seasons with this side and tactic so was delighted. Thanks for reading. The final totals were -

You reckon, I might give it a go as I'm not playing a save at the moment..

From the saves i've played around 38 seems to the magic number.  It all depends when he asks to retire really which is anyones guess. One major worry would be his current contract, lock him down for five years asap! 

I'll assume he'll happily play one more season then he'll ask to retire, which you'll refuse and gain another season. Let's assume you can manage to play two more seasons, you'll need to hit 86 goals in both. In this situation i'd likely change his role and make him more of a supportive striker (granted i have no idea what roles you're using lol) or as a TM as that role means less movement hence retaining his stamina.

He could also be farmed out wide (FR obviously) because i feel at this point you're relying on the other two but the third can't be dropped due to the challenge, so if you sacrifice the aging striker by giving him a less important role the other two could get the needed goals. 

Say for example have him as a FR or as a TM to keep him involved yet out the way so the other two can do what they do best.  Imo Thallas is the key while Leo likely has a good season or two in him.

Yeah, I hadn't really looked at their contracts as I knew I would complete it this last season so I might see if I can lock them all down for a few years and play on and see what happens...

So while waiting for FMM16 to drop and talking to Ash I decided to carry on this save and try to reach 1500 club goals with my front three.

Spanish Super Cup

We lift the cup mainly thanks to a Geuvânio brace in the first leg.

Spanish Cup

Real sneak past us in the semi final.

European Champions Cup

Barca again get the better of us in the semi final.

Liga BBVA

The league went down to the wire but we just needed a final day win to secure it.

Seasonal Awards

Thalles finally claims this year's Spanish Player of the Year Award with Lewandowski II second.

Another Liga BBVA Manager of the Year Award for me.

Just the Super Cup and League as my aging front three failed to cut it in the big games.

Team Stats

A slight improvement from the front three with able back up from Lewandowski II.

Triple Threat Players

Léo Baptistão - Léo struggled badly this season with his lowest ever tally.

Geuvânio - An inury free season helped him get back amongst the goals.

Thalles - Another good 30+ season from my main man now.

We managed to grab two more goals that last season to hit 75 but the guys are going downhill quickly. Thalles is still hitting well and has now passed 500 club goals but the combined age is now 104 and we have 74 more club goals to hit 1500.

Thanks mate. Just Geuvânio as I'm a season ahead but he was easily turned around!

Although Baptistão is refusing to sign a new deal but he has done that before....but later signed.

We lift the cup after a five goal thriller against Real.

European Champions Cup

Another title as Gimenez's goal sinks Bayern. He is a very undrated defender and in my first team for this entire career.

Liga BBVA

The league title was secured without any last game drama this season.

Seasonal Awards

Lewandowski II claims this year's Spanish Player of the Year Award.

My new german midfielder takes the Young Spanish Player of the Year Award with Messi II second.

Another Liga BBVA Manager of the Year Award for me.

Another treble is a great considering the age and ability of my strikers.

Team Stats

Lewandowski II was actually our top scorer this season as we really struggled for goals.

Triple Threat Players

Léo Baptistão - Léo at 36 actually improved his goal tally to 23 this season.

Geuvânio - A drop back down to 16 goals after struggling for fitness this season.

Thalles - Injuires ruined his season and restricted his tally to just 13 goals.

So the golden oldies had a hard season with our lowest total ever of 52 goals. I think I might need to change the player roles around in order to keep the guys playing to their strengths. Baptistão finally signed a new deal and all three strikers have one year left. We just need 22 more goals to hit the 1500 club goals, a great achievement.

One further target is can Léo Baptistão and Thalles complete a Double Trouble and hit 1200 club goals??
