I have made a good tactic that works and would like to share it with everyone

Its a 3-4-3 from the custom tactics.

the tactic itself looks like this

For this tactic to be balanced there should ideally be 2 dmc in the cm spaces giving you a 5-5 split.

team instructions- attacking, short, normal, yes, rest no

player instructions- passing all team

tackling 3xDC & 2xMC committed rest team

pressing all team except GK & 3xDC

free role all no

forward runs ML MR 3xSC yes all others no

run with ball same as forward runs

hold up ball 2xMC yes rest no

long shots same as hold up ball

through balls same as hold up ball

cross ball ML MR yes rest no

marking 2xOutter DC ML MR 2xOutter SC zonal middle DC 2xMC man rest no
