I will include every database possible to load and see what National Teams are available to take control of during a save

Completed now

Poland and Ukraine are quite rare so need to have the right Countries loaded

alot of them are in most of the databases possible like England, Italy, France etc.

What download? This is vanilla in the game. You just have to buy or unlock the unlockable to do this.

Im guessing these are the options available at the start of a game. Would  they be the same if you start off not managing a country but further in the career you wish to?

Thanks Dec I thought it was licensing but wasn't sure on the details
