Starting unemployed? Bug

I always like to start unemployed and work my way up from the bottom. Usually in older versions as my first job I get offered con n/s or at most a bottom conference club. In fmm2016 I'm getting offers from championship and prem clubs for my first job. Why is that.

No have tried all badges and without one and still getting similar offers.

Not quite on the same level but I got offered League 1 Swindon.. If they do change this it would be nice if only N/S were available, with maybe relegation threat Vanarama Conf sides as the best you can get.. I'd be confident in saying the vast majority of people play unemployed to work their way up from the very bottom which means any Sky Bet League football is too high a starting point. For the future, coaching badges and maybe past playing experience (not payed but like the PC version) could add the ability to customise starting job offers? Just my thoughts, in the meantime lets tone down these mid/high division job offers!

Yeah def needs to be toned down. I got offered Swindon first of all but rejected it as I hate them and then was offered Bolton because Neil Lennon took on the Austria national team job (maybe unrealistic) then got offered reading because Steve Clarke went to Swiss national team (seeing and trend here). Then offered Watford and Southampton. I've not had any offers from non-league teams.

hope this gets sorted soon as I don't wanna start a save until it is.

I remember in last years game Mark Warburton always got the Austrian job certainly on my games anyway...
