Most of my team are unhappy and I'm not sure why

So most of my players just say "Happiness" as a negative but I don't know what's actually making them unhappy. Would someone be able to expand on these for me?

Erm... that's just the header for the happiness section below it. It isn't negative, it's that colour cause you are using Aston Villa
