I'm running a version of this and having a lot of success with it in the Championship with Leeds United. I keep the player roles the same other than the left IF who I make a W instead.

 

The instructions I'm running are:-

 

Mentality:- Attacking

Passing:- Short

Passing focus:- Down both flanks

Goalkeeper distribution:- Short

Tackling:- Committed

Pressing and Offside Trap on.

No Primary Outlet or Primary Attacker.
