Can't get job offers.

I have been managing Berwick Rangers and have managed to get them into the premiership, Scotland's highest league. The day I took over I let go all of my players apart from those under 20. And I offered contracts to my 'unknown players' I played them and used the training guide to make them better players. I have not spent a dime on any players.

 

my problem is I'm only getting job offers from Scottish league 2 and 1 clubs. My rep is regional. I don't know why I can win three leagues and still not get an offer. Also my attendance from the last year in the championship was max and I got the same amount to spend on players as I did in league 2.

 

is this normal? Am I missing somthing ?
