Help Where is Ancelotti?

I'm playing multiple leagues with Italian league main. (Italy + German Spanish English)

I cannot find coach Carlo Ancelotti.

There is no Ancelotti in this database? or just I can't find?

Are you looking for him as a coach or as a manager? (You called him coach so just checking).

As manager.

I cannot find him of course he's not in the Hall of Fame

Does he exists in your game?

Not on my hall of fame either or on a new save . Could SI have somehow missed him?  

Could anyone with the PGE have a look for him please?

He is there lads 

Reputation is ok as is CA and PA so should be no issues getting a job etc

Well... Ancelotti also doesn't apper on the big clubs' shortlist of replacement manager during my game.

If he exists in my game data, considering his reputation, CA, PA it is impossible that Ancelotti is not on any shortlists of replacement.
