Help HELP with my coach staff

So after a some week And with good result i forgot to check my staff composition 

 

. Can i replace or get new coach  staff?and how i do it?

If you click on a staff member, at the bottom it says sack coach.

once you've sacked someone click on 'place advert for staff' at the bottom of the staff page, you'll get a message a few days later with applicants who are interested in joining you ??
