right so ive just failed again at doing another career with posh..i did corby for the 1st career for 20 years but got sacked..

i always end up going to a 4 1 2 1 2 formation, i dont know why but this always seems to be my goto tactic, it serves me well to a point, either other teams learn my tactic or im setting it up wrong after a while, i do swap roles of the 2 cms and 2 attackers, i usually dominate posseion with loads of shots etc, but get to a point where i stop scoring and the opposition score 2 goals from 3 shots..haha

so the tactic looks like so:

          gk

wb cb cb wb

        dlm

    bwm cm(or AP or BBM)

       AP

   AF   TM(or PR)

not great but hope you get the jist, anyway sometimes at the end of matches, with a good result or poor result, 1 of the cm or attackers gets a 5 rating, or both, im basically looking for advice on what pairings should work together and what pairing i should avoid..

Sorry for dribbling on,

I would say as you lack width it can be difficult. Your midfield is pretty static. Try dropping the DLP and playing a 442 with WNGs and a BWM and CM (or APM) midfield pairing.

I would go with BWM at DM, then two BBMs, APM in AMC position, and Complete Forward/Poacher setup (worked really well in 2015, havednt tried in 2016 release yet)
