My secret to still be winning titles and cup in fmm16 is to always scout South America league for players in their teenage year (yes spying on teenagers is wrong but this case it will bring you success and not a criminal record) i did this whilst at Dortmund which also helps they have a 2nd team and not a reserve squad as your young players get the game time they need to get to their best ability (if not at a team will a 2nd team try to the loan back to club option instead of just letting them sit in your squad listing) In later years all top teams are doing this scouting of South America so try get their first or the prices sky rocket and if your luck to have sugar daddy unlocked turn its of when doing transfer deals as it can save you in both fees and wage deals
