Solo or Multiple leagues?

I was just wondering because previous games I started up with England Solo because when I used to load multiple leagues I never used to find some wonder kids. But now it's the opposite 

I'm on the verge of starting again with multiple leagues because I can't seem to see any players missing with multiple. So my question is that what's the advantages of solo and multiple?

Solo is quicker and has more local and minor players, multiple allows you to move countries.

What about player quality wise? Previous versions I had to load solo but now loading solo means that players like Jorge, Jonathan Tah to name a few, don't show up

Sounds like you didn't load Large database.
