Help Transfer my game

Good morning all, I have football manager 2015 on my laptop and I want to make room for football manager 2016 on it but I want to keep 15, so I want to transfer it from my laptop to my linx 1010b windows 10 tablet witch also can be used like a note book with the keyboard.

I know FM15 can be played on it but not sure how or if I can transfer it to the new machine as it's the disc based version.

Please can anyone help I really want to keep my saved games.

Not refusing but I am saying he wouldn't get the support here compared to FM sites whom play it regularly as well as modify it. Plus we give away what we get, it is rather that than nothing in our eyes.
