Help In-game editor unlockable?

Is there a way to unlock the in game editor? I know it wasnt possibile in fmh 15 but now it says that it can be unlocked in the store even though there is no achievement that unlocks it. Also, should i buy the youth team from the store or nah?

Same in 2016. The editor is purchase only and I would imagine this isn't likely to change soon.
