How do you create a new league.

You need to use the Pre-game Editor to overwrite a League

Hi Dec! Is it possible to add clubs to a League that you wish to overwrite? The League I'm trying to make contains 12 teams but the A-League can only accommodate 10 teams.

No for A-league. Because A-league has special rules. One team will play another team three times. So, if you add team the fixture will be too long.
