Tactics Realism Required

Hi folks. First post but avid reader. 

I am looking for a tactic that is realistic in every possible way. Not 2 central defenders and 8 forwards or massive gaps in formations. 

I don't necessarily need the tactic to be team specific, like Leicester using a 4-4-2 or Spurs using 4-2-3-1 but I would like as much as possible for the players to 'play' and score/assist approximately how the would in real life. 

I understand this is a massive ask, but hope you are up for the challenge.
