Help Defense not strong in tackle

I managing west Brom. My two defense are : dede and jonny Evans. They both have good tackling stats but how come the match report says that  my defense is not good enough in tackle. My tackling instructions is normal. Any solutions or I should set it to committed?

In game check their defensive tackles. Are the opposition having lots of shots?

Jonny Evans is 19 and dede is 15 for tackling. The problem seems solve after I pair them up CD/LD. And I also bought a new keeper to replace Ben foster. So my defences seem a lot better now.
