Iñaki Williams - The Hunt For 1K

1000 goals,kid. 

 

Welcome back to my latest career lads :). 

To be frank all my other careers I've started so far ended without a trace :P. However,I am confident this career will turn out well as I'm already way ahead in the save.

 

Anyhoo,let's get this introduction started! :D 

 

Prologue

 

Simple,I wanted to complete the 1KC for the very first time on Vibe and since I never really completed a career before,here I will try to do just that. 1000 goals. Done.

 

How Iñaki was Chosen

 

While I'm not sure if many of you would've even heard of Williams,if you haven't,he's a young lad who plays for Athletic Club in the LIGA BBVA.

 

I ran a couple of tests to find the right player for this 1KC,and during the time I was doing that,I certainly needed players who match my requirements (I'm picky :P ) and Iñaki was the best choice out of all possible candidates which included the likes of Bonazzoli,Platte,Cornet and many more…

 

As I like the idea of 1KC careers being original,I searched high and low on Vibe to see if Iñaki was ever used,and like I expected,he's still a hidden gem on Vibe,giving me the perfect opportunity to use him.

 

More importantly,I believe he has the experience to score loads as he isn't too young and is a blend of youth and experience as he's 20 years old and is a regular for Athletic.

 

Club of Choice

 

As I felt I shouldn't be playing in the easier leagues (e.g. Brazil,Holland,Scotland) but then again I didn't want too difficult a career for me to endure (England) so I decided to pick Spain as my league.

 

The club? Unfortunately none of the three Spanish giants (Two Shades of Madrid,Barcelona) are my club of choice,I decided to play as Sevilla,cool right?

Maths Time

 

Assuming he's got at least 15 seasons in him,he'll need to conquer mathematics (not literally lol) to have a chance of reaching 1K :

 

1000/15  : 67 goals / season

1000/14 : 72 goals / season

1000/13  : 77 goals / season

1000/12 : 84 goals / season

1000/11 : 91 goals / season

1000/10 : 100 goals / season

 

Not too hard to be honest… it's tough as peanuts lol!


 

Ending Statement

 

So,let's pray to the FMM gods that I will be able to successfully complete this career and I hope everyone can give me support and faith cause I need it desperately lol :P

Season 1 - Getting Started

 

With Iñaki and me only starting to settle at the club,there was many things that needed to be done in my first season at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pijuan.

 

Firstly,clearing the deadwood at the club :

Next,getting the main man,Williams,along with his supporting cast :

Right,the first competition to prepare for,the UEFA Super Cup :

We finished the UEFA Champions League group stage pretty well,sitting on top spot in our group.

 

We proceeded to the knockout stages and came against Atletico in the semis :

So,with us being knocked out of the Champions League,we intended to focus on the league and Cup instead.

 

The league campaign went smoothly as we only slumped to 4 defeats :

This was a pretty decent first season for the Basque frontman as he was a constant threat upfront in nearly every game he played in.

I think he will need to be hitting the 65-70 mark consistently.

Hopefully an improvement next season and some international goals would be welcome too.
