Help Accessing iCloud save

Hi,

is there a way to download/ email/ access the iCloud fmm save in iOS? When I look in my iCloud storage, the save is there, but there isn't a way to download/ email / access it from the other apps. I wish to get hold of the save without the need to use a PC, to transfer to my android phone..

also for Inputting the Face and Logo Packs it's allot faster and better
