Some help needed

Hello everyone..

In my first season with my MyClub in the bottom league in England I promoted. Second season wasn't too good. I am struggling with the tactics. I tried a normal 442 with direct passing, wingers and a target man with a poacher.

Can someone help me with some guidelines for tactics in the lower leagues?

What was your full tactic with player roles please?

Here some screenshots of my team, roles and team instructions. Help is more than welcome!

0 width in your team. Full backs don't get forward, Inside Forwards cut in and you play a Target Man that relies on crosses. Plus with two APs counter-balancing each other as they are so close then it isn't going to work.

 

Change from short passing to mixed, play your MC as a CM and the winger with best crossing as a WNG with the FBs as WBs.
