Tactics 4-3-1-2 (OME)

Hi there,

This is my first post on here.

After a lot of reading on this great site and testing of tactics I have finally found one that seems to work well for me, don't think I have seen this anywhere else.

Anyway, have a look, have a try and let me know how you get on with it. Also would be happy to hear any thoughts and ideas

 

 

Has been doing pretty good for me as Man Utd (Depay seems to like the formation anyway!)

and England (lost to Brazil in the final - We woz robbed)

and the mighty Real Betis (first season into the CL, second only to Barca)

 

The Betis result was really the one that made me think that it is a decent tactic, rather than just buying all the best players!

Just started using this with Leeds United in September 2021.

Was a bit of a close finish, went down to the last game but the current season has begun with an unbeaten run....

I've got a couple of shots of the Man Utd team. Depay playing in the FL position, Wilson and Martial sharing the P position. Rodriguez (Samuel regen) CD and da Silva is AMC (Kaka regen)

 

So I won the young player, player and manager awards for 2018 using this formation. No world player yet tho.....

I'm about half way through my next season, i'll make sure that I get a few screen shots of the performance when the season is done

Great tactic, used with West Ham and finished 2nd in the league with an FA Cup win in the first season. In the second season won the league and league cup, runner up in FA Cup and only knocked out of Champions league against Real Madrid in the semis, all without really buying anyone!

Tactic is perfect for Payet, Sakho and Valencia.

Glad to hear you are getting some success with it. I'm still using it in all my saves just because it keeps working!

Good show. I've had a go with Arsenal and it certainly works well. Sanchez fits in really well into this formation i found. Let me know how it goes!

Update

So first of all sorry for the late reply. I just couldn't get the motivation to post it here on Vibe, but my motivation is back so let's go .

Competition 

Look at the points of Chelsea. THEY HAD 98 POINTS. Just incredible. We had surely a great season. Normally i would be champion, but Chelsea had one of their best seasons ever.

FA Cup

We were very close, but we hadn't the irone nerves to win the penalties. 

Community Shield

We dominated the match not so much in possession but more in our chances. 

Champions League

I was very nervous for this match. They really quickly score. But we came to 1-1 with a nice header from Danny Welbeck. Late in the match he scores his second goal also a header. So Welbeck became that night the legend of Arsenal .

Transfers

The only big signing was John Stones. He is truly incredible with IT he becomes one of the best ball playing defenders i have ever seen

Team stats

Danny and Alexis were sensational this season.

Alexis and Mesüt were both good for 47 assists that's nice to see .

Danny Welbeck

Danny had a great amount of goals. He ended up second for the World player of the year. He scored in almost every important match.

Mesüt Ozil

Mesüt always says before a match start: 'How may i assist you'. And he really shows it in the field. What an outstanding player!

Alexis Sánchez

He won the WPOTY and of course he won. What a beast season! Look at the goals and the assists. He really fits in this tactic.

End notes

What a great tactic! It's truly for me one of the best tactic i tried this season. I recommend this tactic to everyone who is struggling to find a good tactic this season. I also had a nice season with A.C. Milan. I'll not post the A.C. Milan career here on Vibe. But i can say that you did a good job mate. I had a lot of fun.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad that you are enjoying this tactic. I'm still using it and it is still working for all the teams that I choose to manage.

It gives a nice balance between midfielders and attackers, enough in the midfield to be solid and enough in attack to be dangerous in every match.

I'm sure you will get the better of Chelsea next season (although 98 points in the PL is pretty good to be fair!).
