What's his Aggression stat? And do you play with pressing and/or committed challenges?

I would think that if you try and get him a month loan it may go away

Callum yes i almost always play with press - and that could be one part of the fact so thanks - another thing could be his lack of tackling/positioning skills maybe. He only has 12 in Agg

Change the Tactics, Instructions, tackling, Cautious. 

 

I mostly play on Committed any Rugani somehow always gets yellow and red cards hahahha

What role/position was he played in? Not really used him this year but that doesn't seem like him haha.

He is played as left winger - he should could play that position very well - it dosnt make scence
