How can you recognise a " regen " player?

Hello all me again.

I've been reading a lot latley about regen players and I was wondering how to look out for these players, I've just read about Del Piero's regen is Alex D'Angelo.

So I would like to set a challenge  ( which I will be doing as well) look for regens in squads.

So if someone could tell me how to look for them I'll get started.
