DaB's 1.5KC

 

Now before i begin, I want to say that this is my first challenge on vibe and i wanted to start off with quite a hard challenge, 1500 goals with one player. The player I have picked is very overused and yes, I know other people are using him for their challenges, but 1500 goals is a lot and you need a good player to score that many in one career. 

 

The Player and Club

Gabriel Barbosa. 

But the thing is, I'm not doing it in Brazil. I'm doing it in Europe. Not the hardest of league's but still it is in Europe.

How will I Achieve this

 

1500/10=150 goals a season 

1500/12=125 goals a season

1500/15=100 goals a season

 

Even with 15 seasons it is hard, but barbosa is young so we will see how many goals we can get. 

By choosing a young player alongside a pretty good team, I reckon i can make the cut.

Season 1

finished my first season with sporting, successful on the whole but could easily improve to stop silly loses.

Injuries

Luckily this was the only one for barbosa, and he was only out for about a month, could have scored 5-10 more though.

Good start dude, certainly something to work with! In a year or 2 he will shock you at how many more goals he's capable of! Check my Triple Threat out to see what I've managed with him ??

Thanks both of you, I have a tactic that's really sticking, hopefully he stays injury free, if he plays 65 games I reckon he can get to 100 goals

1.5K is bit unrealistic maybe but he is young and will only improve with time,good luck bro

I know, but many people have got 1000 with him so I though that would be too similar.

I think 1.5K is really doable if you do things right in your progress (moving clubs at the right time, etc.)

quick update, Barbosa has scored in all of his first 27 matches this season, around 48 goals so far, with around 35 matches to go, hopefully we can reach 100 goals!!

Mistake

Season 2

Well, we have reached season 2 of this extraordinary challenge/career, and I couldn't be more proud with Barbosa's achievements. He has really reached a new level this year. 

 

Injuries

First of all, injuries, just to Barbosa of course. We didn't have an injury to him, except one out for one day, until the last game of the season, for one month, so he didn't miss any games due to injury.

No way, unbelievable, only in the second season to get 105 goals, 105!!!

Also, he went 27 games scoring in evey one of them. 

Well then, that's it from me for now, hopefully I will upload the third season by Friday, given that it's midweek I might not get it done till Saturday, but I'll be as quick as possible.

Given that I'm going at around 1.6 goals a game, that means I will need to play around 830 games to reach this target. Let's say 60 games a season, that's 14 more seasons, he's 20, so he might need to step it up a notch, goodbye.

Season 3

Finished another season on this epic adventure, so far we've done quite well but need to step it up a bit.

This year barbosa kind of carried the team, especially through big matches, let's see how far he got us.

Finally, we get to Barbosa, the main man. 

We need a big total here to put us in a good position...

Wow. Where did that Coke from? Over 2 goals a game? In Europe? Tearing up everyone he meets, only failed to score in 1/2 games I think, scoring 2 consistenly in most games, getting 7 once and a few 4's. 

Here were his final stats, pretty poor but shooting and passing were up at 19 at one point and are back up there now.
