Help Squad Depth

What does "improve squad depth" mean and how can I improve it?

I think it means you should get more players that can replace/rotate for the current players you have.

Correct me if I am wrong.

I think I knew this from somewhere.. Perhaps FM15 PC version.. I am not sure.

Generally you get that on the team report and I think your squad is good enough for the current time being.

Squad depth simply means having a reasonably well rounded squad with competition for places in all positions, and players that can do a job if required due to injuries\fitness concerns\ loss of form etc.
