Confused.

Playing Valencia, they managed to score with no shots on target. Scored in the 32nd minute now at half time. Anyone care to guess/explain what it may be?

Could be a deflected goal where it doesn't count as a shot on goal but counts as the players' goal still. It may also be a direct corner kick perhaps.

I had that in a recent match. With 13 (inc 6 cc chances) - 0 shots on goal, I won 2-1. Match commentary didn't indicate them scoring goal, it just appeared.

These are normally a deflected shot or similar as Dec mentioned.

(I'd have to check but I think it might also be possibly a pass which was mis-directed and ended up in the net ..)
