2015 Problem with my Reverses / Youth Team

Hi there.. I used to manage Liverpool team, which my request for improve training facilities was aproved by direction. BUT... why my reverse team or Liverpool Under 21's have the oldest age? Like 28 years old, 31 years old..

What should I do to get their age on the right age?

Second team doesn't mean U21. It's a B team. It would be weird to have grey players aged 28. As your A team can't have more than 40 players, the other players are going to B team. 

How many players do you have under contract actually?
