Help Update query

Does the game automatically update itself? If it does, does it apply to careers before the update was installed or will it only affect new games? Thanks for any answers.

1. Update itself - Depends on your devices settings. Do you have an update in your App Store for the game? Can check your version number in preferences I believe 

2. Transfer update will only impact new saves

3. Fixes and other changes are hit and miss, some will change your current save while some will need a new one. Things like the role edits should impact old saves.
