Red Cards

When I play against another team and they get a red card i notice that that player is replaced by another player not sent off is this a glitch or is it supposed to be like this?

it's gonna take a long time for me to get a match with a red card again but when i do i'll screenshot it

Seems like they are only playing 10 players to me, and there's only 10 listed on the side? Can you be more specific about the problem? Thanks.

when i play the game the red carded player is gone someone else replaces him like a different player is on the pitch it doesnt show there but when im playing it says the players name but anyway i tried on a different save and its working properly anyway i think it was a problem with the save or something idk but it doesnt matter now anyway
