Career Southampton Youth Experiment

This is a project to see where my regular youth intakes from Southampton's academy will go either to other clubs or join the first team. Youth intakes and releases will happen every month, with simulations in-between. Southampton has produced lots of great players like Nathaniel Clyne, Rickie Lambert, Morgan Schneiderlin, Gareth Bale and the likes of Adam Lallana. I'm starting with Superb Training facilities, but to produce the best talent, I need Superb and Academy.

In the summer of 2015, I signed three youth players from the Southampton academy. Their names were Shaun Palmer, Cole Long and Ellis Read. In the next month, they were joined by George Beale and Tommy Wells. George Beale and Tommy Wells turned out to play the highest quality of football in the five graduates, and Tommy Wells - notably played in a European competition.

Season Review
The highlight of these player's seasons were when Ellis Read and Tommy Wells became regular Southampton players, with Ellis being called up to the England squad. Hopefully these achievements can continue in the 2017-18 season.
