Is it possible for a player's Potential Ability to rise? I found this guy using jaymarvels' fmm scout app.

199 PA!? Can be as good as messi.

PA cannot change, no. That is insane though

Young players have random PA. The rules are not as same as FM (PC version). Someone may get real high PA, even 200.

You can check more saves.

True. I've done about 10 saves on fmm16 and I believe I've got a player with exactly 200 PA in 3 of those saves. The last one I found was a guy from Corinthians I never noticed before on the game, Matheus Pereira. Just crazy.

I herad PA will change in one save. In onepost forevogen system. It mentioned  the regen may have low PA and the PA will goto one of existing player.

I have not verified this. But I think This should be true.
