Chat Sugar Daddy disappeared

So yeah, sugar daddy unlockable now not available. Even though It shows the ribbon that says that I unlocked it. Anybody know the problem?

Have you checked in preferences -> view -> unlockables?

I unlocked it.

1. Was that achievement unlocked on this particular device? Or was the .cfg file transferred from another?

2. Reboot your device and make sure that you are connected to wifi and the play store, then try restoring transactions (this should automatically happen, but can be manually attempted in the store).

I unlocked it on this particular device. It just suddenly disappeared. Anyway can I still unlock this again on a save?

Well if your sugar daddy suddenly disappears then just keep on saving and reload a save. Keep on getting trophies and titles while keeping your board happy. Just holiday through to get it faster. Is this what you're asking how?
