OK so this is my attempt at @danovic78's The 80's Milan Go Dutch Challenge 

During this Challenge I will use my newly created 32221 tactic as follows

So in keeping with the rules of the Challenge I have taken over at AC Milan and brought in three Dutch players (one of whom is a striker)

Here's who I bought

  

I brought In.

Anwar El Gahzi from Ajax to give me a good IF option

Bruno Martins Indi from FCP to give my CD's a boost

Richairo Zivkovic aslo from Ajax for my main PCR (as I love this kid)

Here's the players I shipped out to increase my budget

Mostly my older players and some youngsters who weren't going to get any play time

So the goal of the Challenge is to win the same amount of league and cup titles as the AC Milan of the mid-late 80's (you can find out on the OP by @danovic78

So with Milan not in any Eurpoean compitiotions this year we needed to focus on the league and Italian cup

Here's how we got on

We win the league in our first season an externally tight affair with Juventus leading us most of the way through the season but we manage to get level with around three games to go and thanks to a Win against Sampdoria and Juventus loosing to Lazio we pinch the title 

We were knocked out of the Italian Cup in the Semi Finals by Juventus so just the one league title to boast about this season  

Here's our season fixtures

A few bad runs in Oct/Nov and Feb/Mar but all in all a pretty decent season,

We did manage to pick up a few awards

El Ghazi coming runner up in the player of the year but Shaarawy winning the young player and I pick up a manager of the year award

hopefully a good transfer budget and I can strengthen my squad and push for a few more honers next season (Forgot to get player stats but will remember next season)

I think you could have got a bit more for Montolivo, Honda, Matri and Alex but other than that what a start to the career!

Truthfully I was just glad to get rid, but now I've won the league should get a good budget to strengthen the squad, midfield in particular

Good start to win the league, @Taff

With no European football you can really concentrate on the league in the first season.

Great season mate, was this a second attempt as I seen that you had attempted with kishna, de Jong and strootman.

I began that one but only for a few games as I was testing my 32221 tactic so I started again (truthfully I forgot I'd posted that)

Season 2

OK sorry its taken so long been playing with three different saves working on the new tactic

We did well last season winning the league can we improve on that success this year....

Why yes we can winning the league for a second time (sorry forgot to get the Table but we won by two points over Inter) and adding the Italian Super Cup and a European Champions Cup as well, we were once again Knocked out of the Italian cup, but if I remember rightly I don't need one for the challenge but I'll triple check.

Here's some player stats for the season

Zivkovic improving on his tally last year (need to get more out of him if I'm going to hit the 90 goal target)

We also manage a few end of season awards

So that's 

2XLeague titles

1XSuper Cup 

1XChampions Cup

Season 3

OK guys here we are season 3 of Taffs attempt at the "80's Milan go Dutch" challenge and we're aiming to improve on last years work.

Now having finally finalised my new tactic we were ready and here's how we did

Ins and Outs

Firstly here's my transfer work this season

We brought In Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal to strengthen my Midfield (and having a Welshman in the team makes me smile) and Theo Bongonda to help El Shaarawy in the IF position

Just a few deadwood players who weren't delivering in the squad 

 League

So having won 2 league titles and needing a third I was optimistic going in and they didn't disappoint

 

A good 9 point gap and only 2 losses and my defence stepped up only conceding 24 goals in the league

Cups

Last season we brought home the Super cup and Champions Cup but this year...

We manage all but one of the cups missing out on the European Super cup loosing on Penelties to Man City but still very impressive

Fixtures

Here's our season fixtures

We had a slow start with a few draws and the trend went on until mid Feb where we went on a huge winning streak until the Champions Cup final where this time we prevail on Penalties 

Player Stats

Here's how my players got on this year

Zivkovic having a better season again bringing his tally up to 78 over three season (only 12 shy of the 90 goal target), my two IF's also chipping in nicely and my new signing Ramsey bringing the assists from Midfield 

Season Awards

 

And we almost manage a clean sweep in the awards apart from Morata 

So the tally now stands at 

3 X League Titles 

2 X Super Cups

2 X Champions Cups

(Plus a World Club Championship and an Italian Cup)  

Need 2 European Super Cups and one more Italian Super Cup and have three season's left to do It

NO WORRIES LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

That form is outstanding!  

Those European Super Cups might be a pain to grab, also iffy on including "double luck needed" cups like that into challenges lol. Good luck next year!

Cheers dude, I know what you mean as it requires winning the champions cup at least one more time to get into another super cup game, hopefully I'll land one next season and hope my luck lasts through the Champions Cup again

I have tried to start this challenge a few times but using second rate players but cant seem to get going.

Yeah I did try your Barcelona Challenge but can't seem to find a good 3 striker tactic to work

It can be tricky, I found the one I used for that one doesn't have the same effect since the last update, I have using a 4-3-1-2 or 3-2-3-1-1.

I thought it had to be three strikers or can it be three attacking players ie a PCR,AVP, IF one Welsh one Scottish and one English or do they all have to be strikers just judging by your formations

Sorry Taff, I meant I was using these formations in my current career.

The Barca challenge is indeed a 3 attackers formation.

OH shame, I'm using my Original tactic "Return of the Taff" and It is killing the Italian league and thought about using that but it's a 2 attacker and ADP formation so no go

Season 4

Another season and another fantastic season for my AC Milan team we switched between two tactics throughout the season to keep the opposition guessing and it proved to work wonders 

Firstly our transfers 

Ins and Outs

So we brought In some big names this year to strengthen key areas Depay, Embeloo and Rahman all of whom came to play and played well

Going out was Shaarawy who played well for me but was a consistent injury problem and a few more unwanted players 

League

We already had our three league titles but we smashed it through the roof this year

Look at those stats over 100 points over 90 goals scored and only 15 conceded in the league all season and winning the league with 6 games to go

Cups

Now our main concern this year was claiming our third Italian Supercup and our first Euro Super cup anything else was a bonus

And we start the season with a win in both supercup competitions (in extra time against Liverpool but still a win)

And we went on to win plenty besides

All the Cups and most important was another Champions Cup allowing me to try for another Euro Supercup next season

Fixtures

We had an immense season this year and you'll see why in our fixtures list below

1 Loss all season and some immense results my favourites being these

Played Juventus 6 times over the season in various competitions and the results went P6 W6 D0 L0 GF 18 GA 2  truly amazing (used my 32221 tactic in every one of these games)

Stats 

Here's how my players got on this year 

Another good season for Zivkovic now well over the 90 goal target but M'Baye smashed it and a big shout to my defence and goalkeeper again conceding only 23 goals all season

Season Awards

And another good round of season awards for M'Baye, Bagonda and Zivkovic and another manager of the year award for me

So our tally for the challenge now stands at 

3/3 league titles

3/3 Italian Supercups

2/2 Champions Cups

1/2 Euro Supercups

So one more Euro Supercup to complete the challenge with 2 full seasons to go

LETS GO GET EM!!!

Sorry about the images dude they look OK when I view it but when I was filling this in the writing kept messing up so you guys might see something different (I have put a lot more images up than usual just to show the Cup results and the excellent run I had against Juve (18-2 over six games get in)

Season 5

Sorry it's been so long but been working on some other challenges but I wanted to get this one finished and in my heist to do so forgot to screen shot most of my stuff but here's the important bits.

So the only aim this season was capturing our second Euro Supercup title and there for finishing the challenge with a season to spare but could we manage it, well.....

YES WE COULD, we beat Man U 2-1 to claim the cup and finish the challenge with a whole season to spare, but we did manage a few more bits just because 

The league, Italian Supercup, World Club Championship, Italian Cup and the Champions Cup

Zivkovic also finished his 5 season well ahead of the 90 goal target scoring 141 (minus 29 from earlier in his career) goals across the 5 seasons at AC Milan

Thanks again to @danovic78 for the great challenge, I'm off to finally try and finish another of his challenges in the Follow the Zlat, which I really need to get done before it drives me mad.

Great stuff @Taff!

This is one challenge I just couldn't get going, I think its the Italian league which I find really frustrating on OME. I might give it one more go...
