Help No Leaderboards or Hall of Fame

Hi - first time poster, I'm hoping someone can help.

When I click Hall of Fame, it takes me to Game Center but says 'Not Ranked' against every category - even though I'm in my 6th season on a save and have 6701 manager points.

When I sign out of Game Center and click Hall of Fame, it just say 'Game Center unavailable' and takes me back to the Options screen. 

What am I doing wrong?
