Help Lost all unlockables

My old phone died and ive just reinstalled the game today. But ive now lost all my unlockables which I had earned and all my saved games. Anything I can do?

I had my Icloud saves still there when I reinstalled, don't think I'd backed the game up not even sure how to do it.
