Help What skin am I using?

So I go to download some logos and face pack and it's far to big on my phone.

I read back and it tells me to go to the credits to find out what skin I'm using and all it says in the brackets is (iPhone).

I am using an iPhone 6. If anyone knows which skin I am using please let me know.
