Manager Anders Jørgensen has a dream - a dream of getting Sheffield United to the promised land :)

Its known that he want the team to control the matches they play and he want it to be known that the ambition is to score alot of goals and secure promotion to the Championship in the first season at the Blades ?

With a created tactic in hand he has let go of the unneccesary players like fullbacks and wingbacks :)

Getting rid of four players and buying two new faces.

You should sign John Akinde. I used him in a season with Bromley, he scored 68 goals in 58 games and I won the Conference Premier and FA Trophy.

Good looking career mate. I have managed Sheffield United before and would recommend you Sign Alessandro Nesta from Miami FC because he is one of the few players with 'international' CA that Sheffield can afford

The Blades are here with an update :)

the amount of points is going okay - as manager is really good that we have lost only 1 game of 24 in the league so far - the thought here is that it pays off to create and try to control the game :)

stoke crashed the team in the carling cup and the only cup we are still in is the fa cup - NOT counting on winning it at all - and playing the guys who has the fewest minutes in the game. 

Still not rotating too much in the league as we need every goal and point we can get :)

now comes the fun part. Scouting for players who are out of contract.

this is my team so far - its a really hard but interesting task to get the right guys to play for a LeagueOne side :)

The season has ended at we did what we had to do to secure promotion - but too many slipups ended in 2th place in the league :)

Had a funny moment in one of the last games - almost as if somebody didnt want me to win.....

Billy Sharp was my main man with 33 league goals!

Matty Done and Che Adams did very well as IFs - they will keep their spot for now :)

Haha lets hope so - i agreed with the board "just to finish above relegation but naturally my inner ambition is much higher than that :)

I am READY for season number two :)!

board expectations i awoiding relegation - MY inner expectations are a bit higher - back to back promotion would be terrific but lets see :)

160k i bought my new striker for - i hope Billy Sharp learns him the way to the goals and the pubs :)

Looks very promasing and a big jump already in price from £160K to £2.3M lets hope he can deliver the goods

(possible evogen for Diego Forlan????)

Thats my thought to yes - but he is certainly taking his time to deliver ....:)

A had a pretty okay start to the season although drawing to many games especially the ones at home bugs me - but still only 1 point from promotionspot :)

Okay thanks Random - i dont know that many players from Uruguay though :)

incoming transfer update - going to strenghten the squad in winter window with some solid looking regens ....:)

Im a husstleling beaver trying to make some money - whoever i buy now im thinking as an investment - they dont play well i will still make some money on them :) how Do you usually Do Taff ? Finding regens :)?

Doing great so far . Congrats on championship promotion first season. 

Mad for players I was wondering about C.Adams as I was never able to afford him in first couple years . You already have Akinade he seems beast lower leagues . Some off the top of my head that were good for me were

ST/FC J.Cofie, S.Miller (one great season then kinda regressed) might be regens: C.Byrne, G.Hayes 

Attacking mids : A.Campbell ,D.Connolly, C.Furlong, I.Allen 

gK J.Ruddy, 

think all the players listed were in England except for 2x regen fowards think were from Ireland . 

But you are on the best track looking outside Europe for EU nationals that have secondary nationality so no work permit required there is a bunch of talent there keep scouting South America . 

Just remember each save is different and players hidden attributes like clutch or consistency can differ between games so they might be good for me but not in yours. Most of the players are cheap as that's hardest part as most lists have players $1m + mine are all under $1m cost .. Good luck those just off top of head need find saves or screenshots of better info as I just started a new save so back to start

You might want to turn interested off and instead of searching by age, filter by age to see the youngest players. Keep and eye out for South American Regens with Eu nationality.

Cool Direct and Random and thanks for the help - its a bit more fun when people comment and share their knowledge - especially when im NOT use to lower Leagues :) but yes the trick i normallly use is - South America and elsewhere but with EU nationality IF they have to play in Britian :)

i cant afford Zlatans regen though - hope i can IF i get the promotion :)

Yeah that's one downside of playing a smaller club / league I found a bunch of regens in one save but still stuck in championship and couldn't afford any including Zlatans. So I'm now going to focus on shortlisting the early 30's players to give me a couple years to build up budget by the time they retire . 

Glad you are liking the lower leagues as I didn't know much about teams below league 2 and only had some experience before the game since I also play FIFA console series but leagues/ teams are not as deep as FMM

Yeah i mostly played the lower Leagues back in the days before iPads where invented - so it was on pc and i knew the lower Leagues like the back of my hand - used to play with Cambridge United :)
