So I've just achieved back to back promotions with burton and England have offered me the job despite my reputation only being national, I was under the impression that you had to have world class reputation to get an international job??

I got 3 back to back promotion with FC United and I'm still regional

Pretty sure that to get your own nations job you only need to be at National reputation but to manage another big nation you need to be at least continental
