If we can have greyed out players, why can't we have newgens?

Every AI team could have a dormant set of 'greyed out players ' and every time a player retires, someone in a similar position is promoted. Just ensure the balance of abilities in dormant grey teams is somewhat representative of the actual player database.

A bit off topic, but what do you guys think?

And before you say he's English, you're a French team, he can't have been greyed out. I brought him along with me from norwich to Marseille.
