Yeah, we are fine as Clough moved over to the Poacher role to snap up all the goals while Fletcher was injured.

That was my thinking although with the lesser nations the pool of players is so small and they always tend to be overloaded in one or two positions.

da Silva wins the Ladbrokes Premiership Young Player of the Year Award with Murphy second.

I retain my Ladbrokes Premiership Manager of the Year AWard.

Fletcher was back to his best hitting 59 goals but Clough was slightly down with 35 to give us 93, was looking for over 100 but we are still fine and almost tracking a goal a game for the lads with a total just under 800 goals.

Thanks, yeah Clough wasn't quite firing but still tracking well and no injuries.

Good season and still bang on track. Should have 4 good seasons left in Clough so around the 100 goal mark each season will do you fine. Let's make this safe though and bang in a 120!

Ideally I would be looking for 110 per season but we have been up and down.

I am not too worried yet but once the guys hit 30 I might get a bit worried!

Transfers In 

Lots of youth to boost the squad, Hamsik's regen was the star buy here.

Fossum was just a squad player plus more squad player exits.

Poor finishing lets us down as we fall to Napoli in the Super Cup.

A Fletch double helps us seal another World Title.

Another cup win against Kilmarnock with Clough on target.

Napoli again? Away goals do for us in the First Round.

Squad Stats

So a change of tactic here as we drifted Clough over to a FR postion playing as an Inside Forward with Fletch a central FC Poacher. As you can see Fletch had another storming season with 67 goals and Clough down again on 33 but actually had more assists with 34! So that's 105 for the season so I will take that, leaving us just over 900 goals.

It's getting close now! I love being 300 goals away in the goal challenges, it feels like the home straight. 

If you have a few easier games coming up try Clough as an Adv Forward in that FR position to see how he does. His contribution was outstanding as INF but there is a chance it may improve further.

Yep, on the last leg now I hope. I will try that, I was just looking to mix things up a bit and utilise a few decent left wing backs/wingers I had in the squad.

The big deal here was Malcom on a free.

Murphy wanted out and we reluctantly agreed to ship him off to Madrid for a big fee.

Fletchers double ensures we lift the cup despite Clough's penalty miss!

We lift another title after a very tight match with PSV, just winning on pens.

Ten titles in a row now.

Poor semi final defeat to Hearts on pens.

Outstanding season from the lads, the best yet. Fletcher led the way with 70 goals and Clough hits 59 for a total of 129.
So after 10 seasons we go over the 1,000 goals mark. Hopefully just two more seasons should do it with both lads hit the big 30.

Malcom was moaning a lot and was a regular first teamer so we got rid.

Always love a last minute winner as we sneak past Spurs to lift the trophy.

A Fletch double helps us ease past Colo Colo for another title.

These are the games that break phones and tablets! Argh!

We retain our title in a very tight game against Man City.

Another stroll in the league on the way to our eleventh title.

So we were never gonna match last seasons exploits but the lads faired ok as Fletcher hit 53 and Clough 42 to land a 95 goal season so I will take that at this stage to leave us just 83 goals short, hopefully we can knock that over next season. Not one international cap between them either.

That's a very solid season to back up last years spectacular results. 

Lol at those cup games. I know from about 60 minutes on how a game is going to go when chances are being missed. If score a late goal I always shout 'offside' and most of the time it is. 

Good luck next season and it would be nice to wrap this up in style.
