Do you swap players roles a lot also do you change team instructions to thanks

I never swap any roles - but i know that it is one Factor you can change.

as to team instructions i change them a decent amount. 

I usually start with attacking short and secondly i switch to balanced mixed. You can read all about it in the tactics section. Writer is Ozymandias

End of career. It got to easy unfortunately.

In the league i can play a team with own greyed players averaging age 23 years and still win most games - so i need a knew challenge.

ill try a new quest before the new game comes out.
