Tactics Counter attacking 4-2-3-1 EME

So i won everything with Milan in my first season. Then i decided to test this tactic with a decent  midtable team in England. Stoke is my choosen club. 

I've changed the tactic a little bit for Stoke.

 

I thought its gonna be a tough but i won the epl with ease... I also won the capital one cup.

 

So if you can see this tactic is working in Italy/England.... Thoughts?

@AndersJGoodluck. I think you may need a striker with 14+ pace for this tactic to work

I'm using a similar tactic with A.C Milan and I won the league title in the first two seasons, I'm in the third season now

For the tactic I used every player in their natural positions

Results:

I would have lost only 2 but when I won the league title I wanted to concentrate on champions league so I holidayed the league games and I lost 2 more and drew 2
