Why on FMM17 none of Celtic FC or Rangers players have real picture? But on FM17 most of Celtic players got it...

Did you download a community facepack from vibe last year?

Could also be down to licensing on SI's part.

No mate, I only play with pictures that comes with a game. But because on FM 2017 most of Celtic players have pictures I thought that same thing will be with FMM2017. Is there any way to extract players pictures from FM2017 files on my laptop so U can transfer them on my mobile?

There is, but you'll need to resize etc.

Usually there are community facepacks that get released, have a look out for them, think its mainly down to @Dec and @Kyle who do them.

If you can't wait you could always try using the pictures from FMM16
